Peonies can be made into buttonholes to coordinates with a peony bridal bouquet. Here you can see one that I made for a groom last spring. The bride had a posy bouquet of white peonies, roses and eucalyptus and I made this buttonhole to coordinates with the bouquet. The rest of the gents wore white rose buttonholes.Grooms often like a flower that coordinated with the bride’s bouquet but that is slightly different to the rest of the gent’s, so that theirs stands out more and why not. We always make the brides bouquet different to the bridesmaids so that it’s more special, and we can do the same for the groom.
